Refunds follow the physical product return window.
Unopened eligible items can be reviewed within 14 days of delivery.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs
Original shipping and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item arrived incorrect or materially defective.
Claims boundary
Shade items do not claim SPF, UV medical protection, health protection, or guaranteed weather protection. Setup-related issues may not qualify for refund.
